To serve our communities and help enhance employee engagement at non-profit organizations in Central Iowa by offering leadership and personal development training at no cost to individuals who work for local non-profits through Non-profit SIGs.

How? Our members are the people who create and deliver training in companies and other organizations throughout Central Iowa. It’s our job!
