Specific Leadership Development
Presented by Dawn Roller
About the Program:
Why do some programs work for some people, not for others? Why can you blanket a room with Dale Carnegie, a University program or a thought idea and some professionals latch on while others ignore altogether? We will spend our time together coaching leadership of the holistic person. Traits and behaviors which may seem to deter the company production can actually aid in the direction of the company. Having Asperger’s myself my strong, sometimes difficult focus was blanketed with others for twenty years, as a leader of a company or organization you do have time to leader develop personally.
Key objectives: Re-Think Leadership Development, Building a life & employee.
