Be Ahead of the Curve!

 

Do you train remote employees? Do you use different technologies for remote training? Better yet – would you like to learn and gain more tips, tricks and/or efficiencies for when you are tasked with remote training? If you have answered “yes” to one of these questions, attending ASTD’s “Be Ahead of the Curve” session will provide you with trending tools and resources for curing your remote training needs. We all know remote training can be challenging... and to throw training with multiple technologies on top can be even more challenging… Come spend the day with us learning different strategies and new ideas around remote training!

 

You will learn how to:

1. Appropriately use communication styles when training remotely

2. Effectively facilitate coaching sessions remotely

3. Design remote activities to continuously engage your audience

4. Use different social media/ social learning within your remote training sessions

5. Implement fresh Technical training VS soft skills training techniques

6. Efficiently use your time/time management while training remotely

7. Provide tips & tricks for content development (including tools for "how" to develop content)
