Topic: What We Don't Talk About

Description: How do you address talent hoarding?  How do you coach leaders that may not be self-aware?  When was the last time you updated your resume -- why?  How do you engage the unwilling manager?  As leadership development professionals, there are the conversations we often discuss like development, leadership, engagement, collaboration...and there are others that can be just as important that go unnoticed and unaddressed.  Do you have your own "what we don't talk about" topic that you would like to discuss?

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
