“What if…” A simple question that can spur innovation, ignite new possibilities or make you reflect on what could (or should) have been. And the best part? The answer to that question can lead to some of the most memorable learning experiences – and some incredible stories.

In this “first-of-its-kind” event from ATD Central Iowa, attendees will hear local talent development professionals from around the community tell their “What if…” story. From stories about innovation, to successes, failures and personal learning journeys, this event is guaranteed to leave participants feeling inspired and energized! Come for the stories, stay for the networking and small group discussions and leave ready to take on your own “what if”!
