As 2022 comes to an end, we are taking a break from the ATD Capability Model (we will continue with this topic in 2023) as we focus on how to make work fun.

Whether you are new to Central Iowa ATD, have been thinking about joining this Leadership SIG meeting but couldn't quite make it or if you are frequent attendee, please join us for the last session of the year.

The Ask: Please bring a fun activity you do as part of your team or as you work with others.  

About the Leadership SIG:

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
