Description: Emotional Intelligence is everywhere in industry and leadership literature these days. So what is it? Why is it important? And better yet, how do I train and equip our employees on it? Wendy Current, Ames National Corporation, will share a case study (in progress) on Emotional Intelligence outlining how her organization is working to positively impact the workplace in 2021 by focusing on Emotional Intelligence Skills.

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
