As talent development professionals, it's our job to ensure we're meeting the diverse needs of our learners. Which is why accessibility needs to be front-of-mind in everything we do. But accessibility isn't just for learners with disabilities - accessibility is for everyone! 

So in May, the Tech SIG is all about accessible learning! Join Carol Dawson, Learning & Performance Consultant at Nationwide, for a workshop focused on five common accessibility issues (and now to deal with them), how popular authoring tools handle accessibility, as well as tools and resources to help you ensure your courses are tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

The Technology/E-learning Special Interest Group (SIG) engages the talent development community in collaborative discussion and workshops to solve problems, spark ideas, and expand their knowledge and skills around e-learning and the use of technology to support training. The group typically meets on the first Friday of the month from 8:00-9:30 a.m., with networking at 8:00 and the main program at 8:30. Mark your calendars and plan to attend every month!
