About Dianna -

Dianna is the Chief Executive Officer for Cylient, a professional services firm offering coaching-based leadership development, culture change and MetrixGlobal™ evaluation services.  Dianna is an accomplished leadership coach, author and management consultant, with a true passion for partnering with individuals, teams and organizations to create lasting transformational change that delivers real value.

Prior to entering the field of coaching fourteen years ago, Dianna worked as a change management consultant with a global professional services firm enabling Fortune 500 companies to successfully implement strategic change.  As a coach and consultant she has served clients in chemical, telecommunications, insurance, food services, consumer products, publishing, manufacturing, financial services, health care products, pharmaceuticals, construction, higher education and real estate investment industries.

Dianna is the co-author of Coaching that Counts:  Harnessing the Power of Leadership Coaching to Deliver Strategic Value, which offers a unique client-centered model of coaching, proven to deliver results and accelerate the value that coaching interventions deliver to organizations. 

Dianna holds Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification from the International Coach Federation, of which she is a member.  She has twice served as the president of the Iowa Coaches Association.  Dianna is also a member of the International Association of Coaching and the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations.  She has served as an adjunct professor for the School of Education at Drake University where she taught graduate level courses on coaching.  Dianna received her MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada.

Parking is free on the backside of the building (1025 Ashworth Road), please enter the building and proceed to the second floor.  An ASTD greeter will assist you in getting to the meeting.

All participants must bring their lunch if they choose, there is no cafeteria available in the Ashworth Tower building where the meeting will be held.
