Description: Looking for a different way to engage your team? Team building virtually can be tough. So let’s observe how we can turn Code Names into a fun virtual experience (with hopes to get you involved and play for ourselves). Games can be fun, challenging and an excellent way to connect with your team. We make this even more impactful as we highlight how we “play” the game and connect it to how we can do our work even better by playing on a bigger team. We may not think we have time for games, but when we can better understand each other, we communicate better and do better work. This can also make us more appreciative of those we work with and more resilient as a team in preparation for our next challenge!

Building on the great conversations from the first 2016 series, join us for the follow-up series of the ATD Central Iowa Leadership Development Special Interest Group from 8:30 am -10:30 am. 10:00-10:30 will be time to connect with other participants and 8:30-10:00 we will have inspiring conversation. Our goal is to create the space for people to connect, explore and to transform. It will be up to all of us to make this group what we need it to be.
