Bio

Melissa Nichols, MPA, CPTD, is a Customer Success Manager for Cornerstone on Demand. She has been involved with ATD and the Learning and Development scene in Des Moines for Over 20 years. She is a graduate of Drake University, with a Masters degree in Public Administration, with and emphasis in HR Management. She has been a facilitator, instructional designer, manager, consultant and leader at several area businesses. Melissa has been very involved in the Tech SIG for the last 3 years and looks forward to working with Jackie on the Tech SIG team.

Outside of work, don’t be surprised to run into Melissa on a local bike trail as she leads a group of riders for Des Moines Cycle club, or you may find her on a local golf course, secretly enjoying victory over her husband, Eric. She is also a small business owner, but her favorite title is grandma.
