Kelsi Bouray is the Training and Management Development Director for Brown's Shoe Fit Company's Corporate Office located in Shenandoah, IA. Kelsi's primary role is to work with entrepreneur-minded individuals who are interested in becoming business owners. Kelsi oversees Brown's Shoe Fit Company's Registered Apprenticeship Program, and works with the apprentices in this program to achieve their goal of store ownership. In addition to this, Kelsi develops ongoing professional development curriculum for current owners within the company. Prior to working for Brown's, Kelsi spent 11 years working for the State of Nebraska's Probation Administration, and the State of Missouri's Department of Corrections in the fields of rehabilitation and statewide training. When she's not working, Kelsi enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
