It is well known that the most successful individuals have a keen awareness of their gifts and blind spots.  This is an objective EEOC compliant process that allows for bridging the gap between on-boarding to high performance as well as Emerging Leader Identification.   The journey creates objectivity around the most subjective topic known to development!

Key objectives:  Self-Awareness in 3 Distinct Areas:  Behaviors (The How), Values (THE WHY) and Cognitive (THE WHAT).

Each participant will walk away with a personal plan to be more effective with personalized objectives that allow for increased engagement in the workplace regardless of circumstance!

A validated process to allow for the acquisition of the skill set shared by the most successful people in the world.  A greater ability to understand how to apply, facilitate and execute more effectively in your role.  Whether you are a trainer, manager or self-motivated individual you will have a great ability to understand others around you and create objectivity in a dynamic world.

Presented by:

Bryan Arzani - Vice President/Co-Founder of Results Group, LLC & Jay Niblick - President of Innermetrix, Inc. (Founder of the assessment and research)
