In this session, we will explore how artificial intelligence, specifically ChatGPT, can streamline and elevate your day-to-day instructional design workflow. From jumpstarting course outlines to refining assessments and crafting learner personas, AI tools are becoming essential teammates for modern learning professionals. We'll walk through real examples of how ChatGPT can support brainstorming, storyboarding, scripting, and even job aid creation, cutting down time while increasing creative capacity.

Whether building a compliance module or designing a blended learning journey, this session will show you how to integrate AI into your existing process without sacrificing instructional quality. We'll discuss practical tips, prompt examples, and common pitfalls to avoid. If you're curious how AI fits into your workflow or want to get better results faster, this session will give you the tools (and confidence) to do just that.

Skill Level: Intermediate: Some experience with AI and ChatGPT would be beneficial.
