Practical Mindfulness for Leaders
Presented by: Kevin Pokorny

What are tools for leaders and individuals to empower creative and sustainable change?  One tool is "Pause" practices that take a new look at whatever you are doing in the moment and change just one thing to get a new result.  Pause practices are skills in stopping the rampant speed of everyday life.  Three women leadership coaches pooled their coaching experiences and identified 52 practices for leaders and individuals to shift any outcome and to engage in practical mindfulness for leaders.

Join Kevin Pokorny, leadership consultant who owns Pokorny Consulting, in learning:

·       What is practical mindfulness for leaders?

·       Why "Pause?"

·       What are the 52 Pause practices?

·       How can I use these Pause practices as a leader and individual?

Kevin will introduce the 52 practices and participants will engage each other with these practices in applying them to their leadership and individual situations.  His presentation is based on the booked Pause - 52 Ways To Shift Any Outcome In Less Than A Minute:  Practical Mindfulness For Leaders by Jennifer Sellers, Sheri Boone, and Kate Harper, 2011 Inspired Mastery.
