Outstanding Learning Leadership…It’s a Conversational Phenomenon!

Keynote Program Description

  • Do you struggle with engaging employees in learning activities that you know would benefit them?
  • Do managers sometimes ignore their responsibilities to support employee development needs?
  • Is your learning and development group getting the organizational support they deserve?

As learning leaders, we can’t manage our organizations, and we can’t manage people. What we do have is the opportunity to manage our conversations. Outstanding leaders know this. They also know that effective conversations are a prerequisite to building great relationships. As a result, outstanding learning leaders are very intentional about the conversations they create and are a part of.

With this as the premise, this program is designed to help you develop new levels of awareness, learn new skills, and build greater appreciation and respect for the power of conversation. As we do this together, you will enjoy an engaging and interactive program that will leave you with a new set of distinctions for leading by “creating conversations that matter”!
