Description:

What makes a leader effective, and how can we measure and support that effectiveness? This session will explore the results strong leaders achieve, the skills they rely on, and how organizations can help them grow through performance measurement, leadership development, and planning for future talent needs.

We'll look at how technology is shaping leadership practices and how these approaches apply across different sectors, including nonprofits. Hosted by the Leadership, Technology, and Nonprofit SIGs, this interactive event is a chance to connect, share ideas, and walk away with practical strategies to strengthen leadership in your organization.
