Description: Are you looking for a low-cost, no-cost approach to leadership programming? Join this session for a guided conversation as Aaron Barber shares ideas used to create an aspiring leader program. This includes the way the program has evolved and is a program responsive to feedback because participants are challenged each year to make the next year even better (because of their feedback). Learn more about program features like: My 2 Questions, accountability partners, cohort groups, and more. Knowing those attending have their own great ideas that have worked for them with leadership programming -- you are encouraged to join and share your impactful ideas!

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
