Description: We are excited to have Heidi Bedier from Care Initiatives join us to share more about understanding and creating your very own User Manual! Heidi does an excellent job of asking impactful questions that allow us to better know and understand ourselves. We will get a chance to experience this for ourselves and leave with a better understanding of how we can be more intentional, focused, and effective with what we do. What is the benefit of a User Manual? Similar to one you receive with your recent electronic device purchase, you will reflect on articulating how to make the best use of you, and the benefit of this extends to others because they can learn how to best work with you. The impact expands as others create their User Manuals resulting in all of us working better together!

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
