Description: Onboarding looks very different among our various companies, but most likely have similar overall goals.  How do you welcome new employees into your organization?  How are leaders involved in onboarding? Who else (in addition to your learning team) is involved in onboarding? How do we know how onboarding is going...for the new employee?

Join this session for discussion about what is important to be included to you in your onboarding?  How do you create the experience you want? How do you onboard leaders?  How do you know if your onboarding program is successful?

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
