About the speaker:

Jillian Havran is a Talent Management & Organizational Development Sr. Consultant at UnityPoint Health. She is passionate about leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness and change management, and loves designing solutions to support the organization in those areas. Jillian has knowledge and expertise utilizing tools like Situational Leadership, CliftonStrengths®, Crucial Conversations, Six Boxes Performance Thinking, and the Baldrige Excellence Framework. She is also a Certified PROSCI Change Practitioner. Jillian is energized by helping leaders and teams select the right tools at the right time to deliver meaningful results. Prior to joining UPH, Jillian worked in manufacturing, hospitality, and academia.
