Description: Culture, climate, experience - how do we influence how we engage employees in a meaningful way that meets (and hopefully exceeds) their expectations?  It's more than food days, happy hours, and games in the break room.  Join us and be part of the conversation!

The purpose of the Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG) is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
