Daring Dialogue

Today more than ever our courage dictates the decisions we make and actions we take, how effectively we communicate, how well we handle feedback as well as our ability to push through our comfort zone to experiment and innovate. Courage is key to effectively support the individuals and teams we work with.

These conversations cater to team leaders, project managers, and anyone else who is leading a group within their scope of work.

This Daring Dialogue program will respond to the question - How do I host daring conversations with my team? We will use the four skillsets of courage presented by Brene Brown in her book, Daring Leadership.

By attending both Daring Dialogue meetings, you will learn how to:

  • Work through burning questions
  • Gain clarity on specific issues
  • Be better equipped to introduce daring conversations within your organization
  • Engage your colleagues intellectually and emotionally
  • Provide tangible action items to implement in your workplace.

This learning environment deliberately guarantees complete confidentiality, has ZERO hierarchy and is inclusive.
