TD's Talent Development Capability Model is a framework to guide the TD profession in what practitioners need to know and do to develop themselves, others, and their organizations. It is a blueprint for impact. 

For this session we will look at Personal Capability and specifically the areas of Cultural Awareness and Inclusion, Project Management, Compliance and Ethical Behavior, and Lifelong Learning. Prior to the session, Rate each of the knowledge and skills for where YOU are and where YOUR Organization is on a scale of from from 1- exploring to 5 - Expert.

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
