Join us on Friday, November 19th for this informal discussion with your peers.  We are experimenting with this format where we solve a challenge and share a win.  The goal of this session is to tackle a challenge we might be facing such as marketing and promoting training opportunities or making time for development in an already busy work environment.  Can you relate?

And, we want to hear about the recent successes (or lessons learned) from those attending!  What have you done that worked well?  How could what you have done be replicable or scalable?  Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently around a particular training initiative?

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.
