What better way to start your Friday than to join your peers for the ATD Central Iowa - Leadership SIG and learn something new about on Friday morning for a conversation about creating a development culture?

Join us to hear where other organizations are at in this process, what is working well, what have we learned and much more as we all engage in this conversation led by questions.

One of the questions to be addressed is: How do you “create” development opportunities?

The purpose of the Leadership SIG is to explore new possibilities, share best practices, and build relationships in order to develop your leadership ability and develop leadership capacity in others.  

The Leadership SIG meets the third Friday of each month from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Meetings are held virtually via a Zoom meeting link (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87974286838?pwd=YjhJVTlzY2RZc0ZnTG1iTVkyOUluUT09) The SIG is hosted by Aaron Barber (Sammons Financial Group, abarber@sfgmembers.com ) and Cyndi Avery (Grinnell Mutual, cyndi.avery@grinnellmutual.com).
