  • Develop a personal elevator speech to effectively communicate on the spot.

Bio
Christina Davis serves as Vice President for Western Iowa and Nebraska at Dardis Communications, Inc.  She brings 15 years of corporate leadership experience to her role as vice president.

Christina is an accomplished business management professional who joined the Dardis Communications’ team after a successful career in the financial services industry.  She joined Dardis Communications from Wells Fargo where she was involved in broad reaching, high impact roles in:  sales coaching, operations and default management, human resources, leadership development, talent management, learning development and business strategy.  Christina was chosen to be part of an exclusive executive development program at Wells Fargo due to her track record of leading high performing teams and exceeding business goals.  She developed both skills and passion around developing leadership and influencing skills in others.  She leveraged this talent in subsequent roles as a leader of various teams of up to 500 team members in sales and default management.

Christina fulfills a number of roles for Dardis Communications. She spends a majority of her time engaged in bringing real-life, corporate experience to the classroom. She is also responsible for business development initiatives within the company and spends time working with and coaching clients in the areas of communication, leadership style and personal brand.

Christina is actively involved in the community and is proud of her association with organizations such as:  United Way Women’s Leadership Connection, Character Counts Iowa, The Greater Des Moines Partnership and American Society of Training & Development (ASTD).  She actively serves on a number of committees within these organizations.

Christina is a native of Virginia and a graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in International Business.  She and her husband are proud to call Iowa home and currently reside in Urbandale with their daughter, Tristyn.

Special Note: This will be held at 1100 Locust St at the Nationwide Building, there is available parking in the parking garage at 1100 Walnut St, you can validate your parking pass at the security desk.

Visitor Instructions: Please check in at the security desk on the second floor of the building.  An ASTD Greeter will be there to escort you to the training room.   The event is being held in room W266-268.

Lunch Options:  Feel free to grab lunch at the on-site cafeteria or bring your own to network with others from 11:30am-12:00pm.
