Speaker Bio:
Mary Gray is a Learning and Performance Specialist, who attended this year's ASTD TechKnowledge Conference in Las Vegas.  Her primary responsibility is to design computer based training modules, tutorials and webinars that are easy to navigate, fun to take and packed with learning. Each item that she designs is geared around helping her learners increase their customer experience to retain business and increase sales.

She recently won the ASTD Workplace Learning and Performance award for innovative training solution for a computer based training module she developed around comparative raters.

Mary is a national and local member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).  She also holds a Certificate in General Insurance (AINS).

Visitor Instructions: Please check in at the security desk.  An ASTD Greeter will be there to escort you to the training room.  The room for the event is W262/264.
