Session Description

Are you a new trainer and seeking direction? Are you looking for company buy-in or department exposure? Have you been involved with learning and development for more years than you can remember and find yourself looking for fresh new ideas? Then this session is for you! Are you tired of sending email after email? Do your recipients get tired of reading them? Do you like music, videos and theatre? Do you enjoy being creative? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then this hands-on workshop may be one of the most meaningful and motivational learning experiences this year! Through various forms of media and unconventional ways, trainers will explore trends and successful practices for marketing and communicating the value of your training to the world! Participants will also take part in hands-on creation of their own communication, marketing, social media ideas that can be applied immediately. Rest assured, it is not required to be a creation expert, or even have any musical talent to be a part of the action. Each L&D professional will walk away with a library of ideas and resources that will make their marketing and communication plans “pop.” Bring an open mind, and lots of excitement, and be ready to shake it up!
