Topic: Innovation/Technology Speed Show & Tell

In March, we got together to talk about where our organizations are heading in 2020; for April, we introduce our first ATD Tech SIG Speed Show & Tell! How does it work, you ask? It's simple - look through your current or past project portfolio and find something that makes you proud. Maybe it was something through which you learned a new skill, or where you tried something you had never done before. If it makes you proud, we want you to share your success!

At the event, we'll place everyone in small groups (2-3 people). You'll to bring in a project or story to share with fellow Tech SIG members, spending about 5-10 minutes showing them why it's special to you. After everyone has shared with their group, we'll rotate groups and do the whole thing again!

Don't have a project you can or want to share, but still interested in attending? No problem! We believe in sharing the love, so feel free to attend, hear some fun stories and maybe get some new ideas you can take back to your organization.

We're hoping to make these Speed Show & Tells a regular thing, so if you have a suggestion for a future topic, let us know!

The Technology/E-learning Special Interest Group (SIG) engages in collaborative discussion to solve problems, spark ideas, and expand their knowledge and skills around e-learning and the use of technology to support training. The group typically meets on the first Friday of the month from 8:00-9:30 a.m., with networking at 8:00 and the discussion at 8:30. Mark your calendars and plan to attend every month!
