Libby Ehrig, ATW Training Solutions

Libby came to ATW in 2016 after spending almost nine years in the banking industry, where she started in front-line operations and moved to management and training. Libby brings experience in supervision and management, customer service, communication skills, workplace etiquette, and sales to her role at ATW.

Libby holds a bachelor’s degree from Simpson College and a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University.

In addition to her role at ATW, Libby coaches large group speech at Nevada High School. She is a member of the Central Iowa Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and serves on the membership committee.


Katie Moses, Learning & Performance Specialist, Nationwide Insurance 

Katie is a Leraning and Performance Specialist at Nationwide primarlily developing e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline, audio production and video production. She also moonlights at Sarah Noll Wilson, Inc. as the Duchess of Design creating all of Sarah's beautiful powerpoints and handouts. Katie caught the tech tools bug while in the Drake University MSLD program and has loved trying new designer-hacks to avoid purchasing expensive software. Katie is a Des Moines native who enjoys gardening, wordworking and playing with her dog outside in her free time.

In this three-hour session, we’ll discuss the important role the facilitator plays in effective training. Together we’ll explore how to:

  • Prepare to facilitate training
  • Create an inclusive environment
  • Encourage participation and engagement
  • Hold time and space for an effective session
  • Handle the unexpected

PM Session 

Video Development for Training with Katie Moses

In this session we will learn about and have hands-on practice developing a video for training using the tools you already have access to while exploring some others that are inexpensive. Learners will go in depth, learning how to set up equipment and edit audio and video to execution. Please come with some topic ideas and ready to roll up your sleeves! Here are some of things we’ll cover:

  • Lighting and camera set up
  • Scripting
  • Audio
  • Using Camtasia for video production
