I am Executive Director of the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence, and founder of Creative Solutions Group.
I have spent the last 30 years working and consulting in manufacturing, technology, education, retail and health care industries. In my professional career I have been in roles such as QA Manager, CI Manager, Organizational Development, Human Resources, SVP Quality & Improvement, and Chief Improvement Officer.
My goal is to use customer centric focus and facilitation techniques to optimize performance of the individual, department, leaders, and organization. My passion is working with people to aid them in reaching their full potential

Session Summary:
Nearly all organizations are fighting the war for talent - opent positions, bidding wars, and sometimes finding any resource to keep things moving. During this session we will explore four approaches centered around improvement that can support your organization to win battles through a strategy of enhanced focus on quality and continuous improvement tools. The multiple pronged approach during this session is a way to garner some quick wins while you concurrently deploy additional tactics and strategies.
