Employees Leave People, They Don’t Leave Companies.

(So do Volunteers and Board members)

When employees, volunteers, or board members resign, the top reason is their relationship with another person. The interaction between employees, managers, volunteers, and board members sets the operational tone, front-line representation, recruitment, retainment, and atmosphere for your entire organization. Survey results indicate that a top priority of employees is to feel “in” on company decisions. As the majority of communication about your organization is funneled through your employees, volunteers and board members, it is critical to help all succeed.

Utilizing The Be WUCA! Way of Relationship Development, you will:

  • Put people first.
  • Create an environment in which all take charge and feel proud of their positions.
  • Design dialogue systems for effective communication.
  • Develop effective teams to serve the interests of the customer and ultimately, your organization.
  • See employees, volunteers, and board members be productive, accountable and responsible when they feel their contributions are valued.

When your managers incorporate these Be WUCA! strategies in your organization, you celebrate strong performance results. Inspire confidence, commitment, and good will to recruit and retain those who add value to equal success for your organization’s mission.
