Change is constant and can be disruptive. Most of us don’t like change yet it’s coming at us faster than ever before and we are leading others through it while going through the change ourselves. Learn how to anticipate emotions and plan for them to effectively drive successful change. In this interactive session, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to engage people’s hearts and minds as a change leader.

LOCATION, PARKING AND ENTRY:

Unity Point Conference Center located at 1200 Pleasant Street, Des Moines, IA 50309

The Education & Research Center (ERC) is located on the ground level of the Iowa Methodist Parking Garage. The Iowa Methodist Parking Garage is located on the west side of the Iowa Methodist campus, on the corner of Pleasant St. and 14th Place. We recommend parking in the Iowa Methodist Parking Garage and taking the South parking garage elevators to the Ground Level. After exiting the elevator, you will be in the ERC. You may also enter the ERC from the Woodland Avenue entrance.
