Presented by Renee Pile, The Homestead
In a world of diverse cultures, payer pressure, and implied knowledge, how are we making sure our staff has the knowledge they need to do the job successfully?
This session will help you use the concept of mindfulness to work through a conversation and challenge yourself and others to see things from another vantage point. It is specifically geared to first-time front line leaders, new HR reps, and those interested in learning how to build stronger peer-to-peer relationships. Examples of both failure and success in mindfulness are shared and an easy-to-copy team building activity is included.
Your active participation is a must!
Please note: Each participant should bring a copy of their organization's Mission, Vision and Core Values document.
