Presented by Liz Reneker, Nationwide Insurance, Amy Pfieffer, Principal and Dr. Cris Wildermuth, Drake University
This session introduces participants to the Big Five Personality Model (OCEAN) and how differing personalities can impact performance and teamwork in the workplace.
Many contemporary personality psychologists believe that there are five basic dimensions of personality, often referred to as the "Big 5" personality traits. They are extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism. These traits impact your behavior, relationships and, even, job fit.
During this session, you will learn which traits most impact your behavior and interactions both in and out of work and how these traits can help you predict how others will respond to you and perform in their job.
