According to the “2013 Employee Insights Survey” (Robert Walters International, 2013, conducted with over 10,000 professionals), 83% of those surveyed stated that they would benefit from a Mentoring Program/ Relationship. Moreover, quoting an Everwise white paper, “Repeated academic studies over many years have found that mentoring significantly improves employee retention and satisfaction.” (Why your Emerging Leaders need Mentoring, 2014)

Mentoring fosters sharing of knowledge and experience, allows participants to build upon their perspectives and insights and grow together.

A Mentee will have the opportunity to improve performance and explore career opportunities by learning from Mentor`s experiences and insights.

A Mentor will get to meet new people, pass knowledge and experience and develop coaching skills.

In this session, participants will learn:

  • The Basics of Mentoring
  • The Mentoring Cycle
  • Tips on how to be successful as a Mentor and a Mentee
  • Learning Bits & Bytes – Tips to develop skills that are essential to Mentoring
