In this session, participants will experience some quick challenge program activities to use for change management in an office setting. We will briefly discuss the foundation of challenge programming and experiential education before actively participating in an activity or two. Challenge programming is a beneficial tool that can be modified to meet the needs of any topic or goal. The flexibility of this type of programming makes it an effective way to illustrate the need for change, practice the steps to make that change and teach participants how to be accountable after the program.
