During this virtual session,  ATD Central Iowa Leaders Stacy Alexander, Mark McConnell and Chris Mason will moderate an open forum discussion focused on sharing best practice strategies for creating a road map for talent development success within our organizations. This virtual session will be of particular value to people who are new to the Talent Development profession or are in a situation where they are the loan person responsible for developing a successful Talent Development program within their organization.
