**If you would be so willingly to share your favorite Talent Development tool, resource, best practice, etc. document(s) electronically, please e-mail them to education@atdiowa.org . The EDU Committee will capture all documents and can house privately for ATD-CI member use only. You do not have to submit a topic, tool and/or best practice in order to attend; however, we would then ask you to come prepared to have open Talent Development best practice discussions.** 

The EDU Committee will break you into teams using brackets. You will have 3 Minutes (max) to explain 'why' your Talent Development tool, resource, best practice, etc. topic is "the best of the best" and "why" we as Talent Development Professionals should adapt to your favorite go-to resource. We will advance the winners of each round until there is a final four. From the final four round, one winner will be chosen by audience polling. The winner will receive a prize provided by the ATD-CI EDU Committee.

Please bring business cards for networking opportunities. Soda & light refreshments will be provided. Additional drinks or food are available for purchase.
