Ever heard or been asked these questions?  Are you charged with making this happen in your organization?  Are you interested in talking with your ATD Central Iowa and CISHRM peers about what is working, what is new and how to overcome obstacles to leadership development? If so, you need to attend this event.

In the spirit of continued collaboration between associations, come experience open space meeting design to support the discussion around several key leadership development topics.  You’ll have an opportunity to engage with and learn from other Central Iowa SHRM and ATD Central Iowa professionals.  We’ll explore the role that the individual employee, immediate supervisor and organizational leader play in developing a culture that fosters leadership development.  It’s a great way for ATD Central Iowa and CISHRM to partner to further the leadership development conversation in Central Iowa!
