Aaron Barber is the current Director of the ATD Central Iowa Leadership SIG. Aaron has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years with experience working in operations (previously holding a Series 6 license and a life insurance license) and now over a decade in Human Resources as part of the Talent Development team at Sammons Financial Group. He specializes in developing internal talent with a focus on culture, leadership, coaching and employee development along with employee relations as a business partner consultant.
