Ngozi is a Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Bright Horizons, where she leads a team within the Talent & Development department. Her passion is helping people reach their full potential. Ngozi has been involved in ATD CI since 2017, serving as a committee member of eMedia & Marketing and eventually moving into the VP of eMedia role. She is excited for another term in her role as VP of Community Relations.
