Bio

Jennifer Lilly is the Learning and Development Supervisor at ChildServe in Johnston. She joined ChildServe in 2014. Before that, she was a Learning and Development Specialist at Businessolver and a Training Consultant at Marsh (now Mercer) for 10 years. Jennifer has served on the ATD Central Iowa Professional Development Day committee for several years and recently assisted with ATDU. Jennifer is a graduate of Drake University where she earned her Masters of Public Administration.
