Members Making a Mark
Featured Members: Libby Ehrig & Katie Moses
Libby Ehrig, ATW Training Solutions Katie Moses, Nationwide Insurance
On Friday, September 13, our ATD Central IA committee held it’s Mini-Trainer’s Bootcamp. Principal Financial Group was a great host and welcomed our group of around 50 Talent Development professionals for the day. Our morning session kicked off with Libby Ehrig, ATW Training Solutions, for a session to Amp Up our Facilitation Skills. It was a very interactive session and a lot of best practices were shared. The afternoon was spent with Katie Moses, Nationwide Insurance, who helped our instructional designers do a deep dive on using Camtasia for video development. Participants broke out into groups to develop a short video using Katie’s tips and shared with the class.
Thanks again to our hosts, Principal Financial Group, and our awesome facilitators Libby and Katie for a really great and energizing day!
